Cancellation & Refund Policy:
NO REFUND. Please understand that the time of booking your reservation, you immediately prohibit other people from reserving & utilizing this facility.
- If you need to cancel and reschedule your reservation, you must contact us 15 days in advance of your rental date by calling 641-648-4361 or emailing conservationhq@hardincountyia.gov. If you contact us less than 15 days in advance, you will forfeit 100% of your reservation and not be allowed to reschedule.
- If you contact us within 15 days of your reservation, a promotional code will be issued to use for your future online reservation. You will have one opportunity to reschedule within 12 months of the original reservation date with this code.
Cancellations will NOT be allowed for extreme temperature changes or inclement weather.
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons and be approved on a case-by-case basis:
- Accident, serious injury or death of an immediate family member.
- We are unable to provide your campsite (or like campsite) due to catastrophic natural causes or the site is not in a operable condition.
