Operation Releaf

Event Summary

Hardin County Conservation Board is once again teaming up with Alliant Energy and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for Operation Releaf. Operation Releaf offers high quality landscape trees for only $25, a quarter of regular retail price. To be eligible you must be an Alliant Energy customer. You can order up to 2 trees with the pick up date being April 17th. Trees must be picked up between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the IRVM - Roadside Management Building in Eldora. Call the Nature Center at (641) 648-9878 if you have any questions. Order forms can be requested at the nature center or downloaded from the Hardin County Website at www.hardincountyconservation.com. We will be offering 8 different species of trees this year: Bur Oak, Red Oak, White Pine, White Fir, Serviceberry, Silver Linden, River Birch, and Crabapple.
