Hearts Scavenger Hunt Hike

Event Summary

Join Harrison County Conservation Board Naturalist Connie Betts for a short hike and scavenger hunt on Sunday, February 13th, 2 p.m. at the Willow Lake Recreation Area near Woodbine. Look for paper hearts as we walk with special kid-friendly facts related to animals and their hearts, courtship rituals, and nesting behavior-just in time for Valentine's Day! Take home the heart you find along with a bag candy. No cost; no registration. Meet at the large shelter parking lot and dress for the weather. Canceled if below 15 degrees or heavy snow.
