Event Summary

Escape the Nature Center Rooms. Get “locked” in the nature center, read a mysterious scenario, then follow clues to get out. Pre-register your TEAM via mycountyparks on or before October 22nd. Be aware when you make your registration selection there are two time slots on two different nights. You will choose which date your team wants then the time. Both nights the room scenarios are identical. The fee of $6 per person will be COLLECTED AT THE DOOR THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT. All proceeds will be donated directly to the live raptor fund here at Oakland Mills. Must be 14 years old+ to participate but at least one adult per group is required. MINIMUM of 4 people per team per time slot per night.

Note: Upon registering your TEAM, put your team name in the “Attendee” box at check out AND HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN YOUR GROUP. This is important because that is the minimum charge that will be collected by the conservation department for your team's participation the night of the event. Example- if you say there will be 6 people on your team, then $36 will be collected the night of the event even if only 4 people show up. However, if you have more teammates than you registered, that's OK, we will collect for the extra people that night. Example- if you register 6 people and you show up with 10, then $60 will be collected by the conservation department for your team's participation.

Also, since there are only 2 group slots per night, it will be the responsibility of your team captain to confirm with the conservation department one week in advance of the event. If not, then that team will be considered forfeited and the next team on the waitlist will be contacted for their participation.
