Event Summary

Due to unseasonably warm temperatures in February, this program has been canceled.  Once maple trees start budding, maple syrup season is over. 

How do you tap a tree? Henry County Conservation staff will be on hand to show the basics of making your own maple syrup. Demonstrations on how to tap a tree, using our evaporator, and syrup tasting are a few activities. All ages. Groups welcome.
