Event Summary
Stay overnight in a tent, canoe, play games, try archery, and so much more! Eat supper before you come. An evening snack and breakfast is included. Sleeping arrangements will be divided according to gender. Bring an extra set of clothes, towel, sleeping bag, pillow, and a chair or blanket to sit on outside. Children must be able to sleep overnight in a tent with an adult nearby, but not in the same tent. Ages 9+. Limit 12. $36 per child. Cost includes food and a camp t-shirt (INCLUDE SHIRT SIZE IN COMMENT BOX AT CHECKOUT). All children need a canoe consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian and brought with them to camp. Camp begins at 7 p.m. on July 13th and ends at 10 a.m. on July 14th.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE REGISTERING:
- No refunds once registration is complete unless the program is cancelled by the conservation staff. All programs must have at least 5 registered participants to be held. Check the email you used for registration or check our Facebook page for any cancellations or changes.
- Online registration only. Preregistration is required along with any associated fees at least one week in advance.
- No charge for adults that attend with their child(ren), however no extra children are allowed.
- Any child that requires a one-on-one aid while in school will need an adult present during the entire camp. An adult is any person aged 18 years and older.
- All children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
- It is the responsibility of the parent to read and adhere to age restrictions for each individual program as some of them may not be suitable for younger children. In the event the age guidelines are not followed, a parent may be asked to stay for the entire camp, or the child may be dismissed from the camp with no refund.
- All programs will begin and end at the Oakland Mills Nature Center unless otherwise stated in that program's description. Camps will be held rain or shine so dress accordingly. Avoid flip-flops and sandals.
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform conservation staff of allergies prior to the event.
- By registering for this camp:
- You give permission for medical professionals to provide emergency services to your child(ren) if necessary and agree to hold the Henry County Conservation Board and Department, staff, and their volunteers harmless of any said illness, injury, or disease.
- You further understand and agree that your child(ren) will abide by general rules of conduct and that violations may result in denial of future privileges, a forfeiture of fees, and immediate removal from the program activities.
- You also give permission for your child to be photographed by Henry County Conservation staff or media to be used for promotional purposes in all media outlets.
