Birding Internationally with Kelly McKay

Event Summary

This indoor presentation will be at Lake Iowa Nature Center, and will summarize birding trips from different countries around the world.We will discuss the threats that are eliminating natural habitats around the globe. And will highlight a tremendous variety of the unique bird species to be found in these far-flung locations, as well as many other wild-life species that have been observed from East and South Africa, Central America, and Asia.

Funding for this workshop was provided by the REAP-CEP. This workshop will be conducted by Kelly McKay (BioEco Research and Monitoring Center), with assistance from Mark Roberts (Clinton County Conservation) and Brian Ritter (Nahant Marsh Education Center).
