Shelter 1B is a open shelter that has a wooden floor. Reservations can be made by calling (319) 655-8465. Cost to reserve is $25/day, otherwise all shelters are free to use on a first come first served basis.

Location Shelter 1B is the first shelter on the road to the beach parking lot. The swimming beach is a 5-10 minute walk from this shelter.
