Event Summary
You've got the deer, meat is in the freezer and now what? Let's go through the process of butchering, preserving and preparing venison dishes that are sure to please even the most picky eaters. We'll prepare and enjoy 3 dishes starring locally harvested venison using a roast, a loin and ground meat that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a main dish. Class size is limited and registration is required by February 12th. Cost is $10 per person (if paying online, add $3 processing fee).
