Build a Wickiup

Event Summary

Before houses, condos, and skyscrapers people lived in homes they built with the materials around them. Wickiups are amazingly effective against the elements, and provided much-needed shelter to the Natives that once called this area home. Gone are the days of living in huts made from cattails, but not forgotten! Come help build a real Wickiup on the Hurstville Prairie!
