Event Summary

Come to the Hurstville Interpretive Center on May 18th from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm for a prairie work day. If you want to get you hands dirty and help out Iowa’s native habitat by helping remove woody and invasive species we have just the opportunity. Join Naturalist Tony Vorwald as we lend a helping hand to the Hurstville Prairie. We will meet at the Hurstville Interpretive Center, at 1:00 pm, and work on the prairie behind the center and prairie across the road at the fishing pond.
