Kayaking, Canoeing, and Paddle Boarding on the Hurstville Marsh

Event Summary

Try your hand at paddling a kayak, canoe, or paddle boarding and help celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Hurstville Interpretive Center on Saturday, August 17. Stop out at the Hurstville Interpretive Center anytime between 3:00-5:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for anyone who hasn’t been paddling before and a safe place for kids to learn without the current of a river. This event is first come first served, so be willing to share. After paddling stay for the other festivities of the 15 year anniversary. This event is free and family friendly. With a big thanks to Maquoketa River Rentals for the use of the paddle boards.
