Event Summary
On Monday January 10th enjoy virtually learning about the Bighorn Sheep research of Toni Proescholdt. Counting Sheep will educate and entertain viewers as we listen and learn about Toni's research and experience studying the behavioral ecology of Bighorn Sheep in Montana. Toni grew up in Marshall County, and attended West Marshall schools for K-12th grade. She attended Iowa State University and graduated in 2014 with a biology degree. She spent time over the next 7 years working seasonal jobs as a field research technician, naturalist, and more in Wyoming, Missouri, Georgia, and Montana. She also spent time on long-distance hikes like the Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Superior Hiking Trail, and Oregon Coast Trail.
She is currently a second-year master's student in Ecology at Utah State University studying the behavioral ecology of bighorn sheep.
This virtual program is free but registration is required. Please register by 3pm on Monday January 10th.
