Event Summary
Summer is a great time to see what is blooming in the prairie! On Sunday July 10th at 2 pm come take a guided plant hike on the Hurstville Interpretive Center Prairie located at 18670 63rd St. Maquoketa IA. With naturalist Tony Vorwald we will learn about the native prairie plants at the Hurstville Interpretive Center as well as the common invasive species found on our replanted prairies. We will plan to hike a quarter mile. Come dresses for the weather and bring a water bottle. Please register 48 hours in advance.
