Donations can be dropped off M- F 8:00 – 4:00 PM and weekends
(in April) 12:00-5:00 PM
The big hearted folks that do wildlife rehab in Iowa are
100% volunteers. From each phone call they take, load of laundry done and hand
feeding performed; it is done with their own time and funds. Let’s take a
moment to support the great work of these volunteers. We are hosting a supply
drive to help rehabbers stock up on essential supplies during the spring baby
boom. All donations will be distributed among local licensed wildlife
rehab volunteers.
Items such as animal training pads, used towels and
receiving blankets, unscented laundry soap, Dawn dish soap, bleach, paper
towels, trash bags, disinfecting wipes, unscented baby wipes, gift cards for
gas and supplies, and animal carries are always welcome.
You are welcome to order items from this Amazon Wishlist and
they will be sent to the Hurstville Center:

If you see an animal in need of assistance, please note that
we at Jackson County Conservation are not animal rehabbers but we will do our
best to help connect you to the right person to care for the animal.
