Picnic Shelter located at South Sabula Lakes Park is an "open air" shelter (no walls) that is available for reservation.
Location
South Sabula Lakes Park is located at the southern most end of South Avenue in Sabula. Take highway 52/64 into Sabula. Go south on Broad Street, which turns into South Avenue. Follow South Ave into South Sabula Lakes Park. The picnic shelter is located in the middle of the campground.

A non-refundable shelter reservation fee of $25.00 is required to reserve a shelter + a $5 online fee = $30
Hours of Operation & Seasons
The shelter is available from 6 am - 10:30 pm, April 1 - November 1 (dates dependent on weather and river levels).
Closures
South Sabula Lakes Park is closed November 1 - April 1 (dates dependent on weather and river levels).

Shelter is first-come-first-serve unless reservation is made in advance.

Rental Contract Agreement
1. Alcohol is allowed only with a special use permit (must be submitted to Board meeting in the month prior to the month of your event).
2. All cars shall be parked in the designated parking areas.
3. All persons shall vacate the shelter by 10:00 p.m.

Refund Policy
A cancellation can be partially refunded if the cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to the event. ($5.00 online processing fee will not be refunded). A cashier's check will be issued for all refunds and could take 4-6 weeks to process.
