Event Summary

Enjoy a beautiful morning by relaxing and strengthening your mind and body! Join Serenity Yoga and Pilates Studio from Iowa City for a morning yoga session at the Bobwhite Shelter in Kent Park. This program will have something for novices and experienced participants alike! Mats will be provided for the first 7 people who register, otherwise please bring your own yoga mat. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the Conservation Education Center. Serenity Yoga and Pilates will collect registrations.
