Nature Buds: Reptiles

Event Summary

Nature Buds is back! This program is for children 3 to 5 years old. The new format will feature a group story time and activity followed by a hands-on project. 

We are trialing a new format for nature buds. The new program will feature collective group activities including a storytime, and other group learning about the topic, following by a hands-on activity. Parents/adult chaperones will help guide their kid(s) through the activity. This program is designed for an adult to attend with one to three children.

Registration automatically closes one day in advance. If you are fully registered, you can expect to receive an email "receipt" from MyCountyParks after registration. You will also receive an email from the leading naturalist a couple days in advance of the program. If you do not receive these emails, you may not be registered; call 319-645-1011 for assistance in this case.
