Discover Pechman Creek Delta in Lone Tree

This 380 acre property was acquired in 2016. The site is along the Iowa River and encompasses a former farmhouse and farmland. Bottomland forest stretches along the river on the site along with some unique slough features. 

The site will be restored to native ecosystems, including expanding forest, prairie, and wetlands throughout. 

This area is open to hunting and trapping.
