The enclosed pavilion at Central Park is popular with groups holding family reunions, wedding receptions, and birthday parties. The pavilion overlooks Central Park Lake and is located just down the hill from the modern campground area and shower house facility. The cost to reserve the enclosed shelter is $55 per day plus a $4 processing fee.
10-15 picnic tables provide enough seating for around 75 people. The building has electricity and a water hydrant is located out the east doors. Several standing charcoal grills are located in grassy areas around the outside of the building. On warm summer days the window coverings can be lifted for maximum air flow.
Kids can keep busy at the playground area located out the west doors or at the park's swimming area or at the sand volleyball court. All are within walking distance of the shelter.

Fifteen picnic tables provide enough seating for around 75 people. The building has electricity and a water hydrant is located out the east doors. Several standing charcoal grills are located in grassy areas around the outside of the building. On warm summer days the window coverings can be lifted for maximum air flow. Lawn chairs or bags chairs can be set up for alternative seating.
Kids can keep busy at the playground area located out the west doors, and the park swimming area, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pits are all within walking distance.
The rental fee for this facility is $55 per day and a one time $4 processing fee at the time of the reservation. Reservations are non refundable.
The Enclosed Pavilion is available to rent daily from 8 AM - 10 PM.
Park quiet hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM.

Enclosed Pavilion Rules:
Arrival/Departure Time: The reservation is valid for the entire day of the reservation. You will have access to the shelter and no check in is required.
Park Quiet Hours: 9 PM until 8 AM. Noise after 9 PM should be kept to a minimum. Central Park closes to visitors and traffic at 10:30 PM.
CARRY IN/CARRY OUT: Central Park enforces a carry in/carry out policy. Users are responsible for trash and debris removal. Please make sure you have arrangements to take your trash with you when you depart.
Pets: Pets must be always on a leash and owners must pick up and dispose of pet waste.
Cleaning of the Facilities: Users are responsible for general cleaning. Please leave this facility in the same condition you found it. You will need to bring your own cleaning supplies. Upon inspection, any damage to the facility, inside or out, will be assessed to the signed group representative. Failure to clean up the facility or surrounding area as outlined, or failure to comply with park rules or state laws may result in enforcement action. Jones County Conservation Board may take legal action necessary for noncompliance of any rules and regulations or to recover damages to county property.
Alcohol: Alcohol in individual containers is permitted. Kegs are prohibited.
Handicap Accessibility: The enclosed pavilion is handicap accessible by sidewalk.

Facilities with a canceled reservation can be re-opened for reservations for the date of cancellation.)Failure to comply with park rules, or valid complaints about your group during your activity, will prevent future reservations from being issued and serve as cause for revocation of this reservation, and the entire group shall be required to vacate the premises.
