Iowa Young Birders Event

Event Summary

Squaw Creek Park is a favorite of Cedar Rapids/Marion area birders.  We’ll meet at 9:00 a.m. and we should be done by noon.  Be prepared to do some walking and be sure to dress for the weather. Our trip leader is Bill Scheible. All of our field trips are focused on creating a great experience for young birders.  Please note the following:

• This field trip is open to any young birder ages 8-18; young birders under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Parents/guardians/grandparents who are accompanying their young birders are encouraged to attend.
• Field trips are free but advance registration is required.
