Event Summary
Join Jodi Stepanek, a certified meditation and mindfulness instructor and owner of Big Heart Meditation and Mindfulness, llc. She will guide you through a heart centered, walking meditation for stress relief, balance, and personal growth, discussing techniques for developing a meditative practice. Participants will learn to meditate by focusing on their breathing while walking in gentle contemplation, focus, and awareness. We recommend this for mainly adults, but older children (12 and up) are welcome if you believe they can be calm and quiet during the practice. This is a monthly series running in May, June, July and August. Register online by May 19 for the May class. Cost: $5
