Take and Make Series: Owl Call

Event Summary

During the winter, barred owls are a chatty bunch. They call to communicate and to determine territory boundaries. With an owl call, you can also talk to these animals. We put together a kit that allows you to construct your very own owl call. Kit includes assembly instructions to put the call together and within a few minutes after gluing, you too can call barred owls! With luck, those in your neighborhood will be interested in a conversation with you. Who cooks for you - who cooks for you all?  Leave a note with your registration if you need an alternative pick up time. Cost: $5/kit.
