Event Summary
Have you always wanted to learn to kayak, but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you just want to brush up on your skills. In this one-day class led by American Canoe Association (ACA) certified instructors Chuck Ungs and Lynne Majetic, will cover appropriate gear, safety basics, kayak strokes, and more. Participants must bring swimwear and wear it and pfd's in the pool.
Minimum age is 12 years and up - youth must be supervised. A helmet is required for those practicing rolls.
