Bug Box Build

Event Summary

Create your own bug box to take home and then go on an insect-catching adventure at Wickiup Hill or in your own backyard. Naturalists will have nets and ID guides available to help you learn about some of the insects that can be found this time of year.

Open to all ages – kids should attend with an adult who can assist with the simple construction of the box. Cost is $10 and includes materials to make one bug box. (If other youth or adults want to help build, they don't need to register additionally.)
