Event Summary

Intermediate fishing skills will be covered concerning local
fish and local waters. Cedar Rapids Gazette outdoor writer
Orlan Love joins Naturalist Chuck Ungs and Captain Dave
Nichols for a morning conversation about local lakes and rivers.
Orlan will cover walleye and smallmouth bass in Eastern
Iowa’s interior rivers and streams. Chuck will talk about gear
selection for specific presentations. Captain Dave will talk
about seasonal fishing in Iowa lakes and reservoirs. Open to
all ages but children under 16 should be accompanied by an
adult. Pre-register by calling (319) 892-6485. Cost: Free.
