Event Summary

The Iowa DNR will stock 2000 hungry trout into the lake at Prairie Park Fishery! In addition 200 trout will be tagged. Just catch a tagged trout and turn it in at the awards table for a prize. All anglers must register the day of the event. Children may participate also. Fishing rods will be available for those who wish to borrow one. This free event is a cosponsored event with Cedar Rapids Parks and Rec., Linn County Conservation, and Iowa DNR. Anglers must have a valid license and trout stamp.
