Who Gives a Hoot Camp!

Event Summary

Join us as we learn about some of the common owls of Iowa.  We will see a variety of mounted owls and learn about what makes them “Nature’s Perfect Mousetraps.”  Explore wings and talons, owl pellets, mounts and more.  Participants will build their own owl calls and head out on the trails to try out their new call.  Occasionally owls will respond even in the daytime!  Open to ages 8-11.  Limited registration so sing up early. Registration is due by Monday, July 24. Cost is $10 per participant, snacks and drinks provided.
