Fellowship Forest Shelter was built originally in the 1950’s as part of a former Methodist Church Camp and has been recently renovated to include electrical outlets, lighting and a large hooded grill in the center of the shelter. Fellowship Shelter seats up to 65 people.

The Madison County Conservation Board (MCCB) is located in south central Iowa and is home to Pammel Park and some of Iowa's historic covered bridges. Additionally, the Madison County Conservation Board collectively manages 17 parks, wildlife areas and historic sites encompassing over 2,400 acres across the county.  Our offices are located in Winterset, Iowa just south of town on John Wayne Drive.
