A Glimpse into Marshall County’s Sky

Grimes Farm and Conservation Center 2349 233rd Street, Marshalltown

Registration Fee: Free Deadline: May 2 by 4:00 p.m.  

Marshall County Astronomer Jim Bonser will take you on a deep dive into Marshall County’s day and nighttime skies. Join us on May 7 as Jim shares specular pictures he has taken while discussing how light pollution is impacting our night skies. If weather permits, a solar scope will be available to look at the surface of the sun!
