Join Marshall County Conservation and Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA for Nature Yoga series at the Grimes Farm and Conservation Center Amphitheater. Come relax and connect with nature with Heidi Draisey, YogaFit Certified Yoga Teacher and an A.C.E. Personal Trainer. There will be four classes offered during the months of June and July. Registration fee is $5.00 per participants 16 years of age and up, youth under the age of 16 are free, but must be accompanied by an adult. Bring along a yoga mat or towel, some mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your own water and strap or block, if you wish.
What better way to celebrate the longest day of the year than with a Sunset Yoga session. Head out to the Grimes Farm on June 21st at 8:00 p.m. for the first session of Sunset Yoga. This hour long adult class will offer beginner-friendly to intermediate level yoga with a sunset backdrop. Participants must be 12 years of age or older, cost is $5 that must be paid that night.
