Nature Yoga - Adult Yoga

Event Summary

These hour long adult class will offer beginner-friendly to intermediate level yoga. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.

 Join MCCB and Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA for Nature Yoga at the Leonard Grimes Memorial Amphitheater at Grimes Farm.  Come relax and connect with nature with Heidi Draisey. Registration fee is $5.00 per participants 16 years of age and up, youth under the age of 16 are free, but must be accompanied by an adult.  Bring along a yoga mat or towel, some mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please bring your own water and strap or block, if you wish. Classes will be held rain or shine, with session moved inside if weather is inclement.  Participants need to pre-register the Friday before the class by calling (641)752-5490, emailing mccb@marshallcountya.gov, or texting 641-758-9777. We will post on the MCCB Facebook page if the class has met its minimum participants.  When we reach our minimum, ‘drop-ins’ can attend that night with their $5 fee.   ​
