Event Summary

Join Bob Dorr with his unmistakable lead vocals and Jeff Petersen on his 1968 Gibson Flying V guitar, lap steel guitar, and vocals, as they will be once again taking the stage at the Leonard Grimes Amphitheater. They will entertain you with their sound that can only be described as blues/soul/rockabilly/reggae/creole/rhythm! A successful musician and radio host for over 40 years, Bob Dorr has been inducted into Iowa’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Iowa’s Blues Hall of Fame. Jeff Petersen is one of the Eastern Iowa Region’s best guitar players and a founding member of The Blue Band. He has performed for over 40 years and has twice been inducted into Iowa’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame.
