Event Summary

Travel by passenger van to Floyd County Conservation Board’s Rockford Fossil and Prairie Park with a stop along the way to observe an active Bald Eagle nest.  Enjoy a day of fossil hunting with fossil ID lesson, viewing of nature center exhibits, and/or hiking the prairie trails.  Participants bring their own lunch and pre-register by Friday, June 5 by calling 641-752-5490.  Space is limited. Cost is $15.
