Event Summary

Join us May 3 at Iowa River Wildlife Area for a walk to learn about spring ephemerals. Ephemeral means “lasting a short time” and is a common term for the wildflowers that bloom in Iowa’s spring woodlands.  We will explore Iowa River Wildlife Management Area and enjoy these short blossomed spring beauties. Participants can bring a sack lunch to enjoy before or after the program. Register by calling 641-752-5490, email mccb@marshallcountyia.gov, or text only 641-758-9777 by April 15.
