Guided Paddle Programs

Event Summary

This is a FREE program led by MCCB Natural Resource & Outdoor Recreation Specialist, Andy Taets. Be sure to check out the special “Full Moon Float” on June 21st! More information on this float in our events.These floats are open to all ages, but children must have the ability to control their own boat or plan to paddle with an adult. All equipment and basic paddling instructions are provided and all floats will take place in Mitchell County. If you have your own equipment and would like to join the float, please contact Andy with your information to be added to the attendee list. Floats will typically take place around 6:00 in the evening, and once you have signed up, you will be contacted with the specific meeting time & location. Times and locations change based on current river conditions.
