Picnics in the Park! "We're Going on a Bear Hunt (Bears)"

Event Summary

Picnickers are asked to bring a picnic lunch, blanket, and have an adult present throughout the program. Please meet us at the specified park where we will eat lunch and have a short program and activity based on a nature-themed book. This program is FREE and there is no registration required. To get to the cabin area, pull into 3133 470th Street/Pinicon Alders Wildlife Area entrance. Follow the gravel drive to the north (straight). Continue following it around the curve to the west (left). Continue straight (west) onto the paved bike trail, down the hill, and up to the left (northwest). There will be signs to help guide you as cell service can be spotty at the cabin location.
