Sweetheart Ski/Snowshoe/Hike

Event Summary

Mitchell County Conservation Board and the Friends of the Wapsi-Great Western Trail will be hosting a "Sweetheart Ski/Showshoe/Hike" down the Wapsi-Great Western Line Trail on February 15th from 5:30-7:30. Bring your sweetheart to the Wapsi-Great Western Trail Head for a heartwarming bowl of chili and fun trip down the trail. There will be a full moon and luminaries to light your path. Snow pending, MCCB will have cross-country skis available to try, or bring your own ski/snowshoe gear. Should we not have quality snow for skiing/snowshoeing, we will still host a hike down the trail.
Donations are not required, but certainly appreciated!
