Overview

 The cabin is 26’ x 28’ wheelchair accessible with two bedrooms, sleeps up to 8.  

Location

RT Reese Homestead is 1 mile north of Turin Iowa, nestled along the western slope of the Loess Hills overlooking the Missouri river bottom and on the Loess Hills National Scenic Byway. It is surrounded by 713 acres of public land owned by the Monona County Conservation Board or the Iowa DNR. 

Features

  Two bedrooms with full size beds with single bunk beds attached, ADA bathroom with tub & shower, kitchen/stove/oven/refrigerator/microwave, pans and large utensils, TV/DVD, heat/air conditioning, charcoal grill and fire ring, futon that converts to double bed, and sleeps up to 8. Please Bring Your Own: Sleeping bags/bedding/pillows, towels and extra blankets, table service, dish soap/dish towels/pot holders, flashlight, trash bags, charcoal, movies and extra lawn chairs.

Cabin Rules & Regulations:   ·        No Smoking is Allowed in the cabin ·        Quiet hours are 10:30 p.m.-6:00 a.m. ·        No Keg beer allowed ·        Pets are not allowed in cabin ·        Guest must be at least 21 years old to reserve or occupy the cabin unless accompanied by an adult or legal guardian ·        Maximum number of occupants is 8 ·        No camping trailers or tents allowed ·        Park Ranger are given authority to refuse rental privileges and rescind any or all rental permits for cause ·        All park Rules and Regulation of the Monona County Conservation Board are in effect ·
