Pilot Grove Park
Pilot Grove Park is the first park purchased and developed by the Montgomery County Conservation Board. This 50 acre park provides amazing outdoor recreational opportunities to include: camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnic areas, and much more. The public facilities available include 22 campsites, campground restroom/shower house, dump station, three picnic shelters, half mile of paved hiking trails around a six acre lake, and one fishing pond.

Pilot Grove Park is located 4 miles west of Grant, IA and 9 miles east of Elliott, IA on 110th Street.
Features
Campground - 22 electrical sites (50,30,20 amp) at $15.00 / night fee. Full restroom/shower house and campground dump station. We don't accept reservations as our campsites are on a "First Come First Serve" basis.
Fishing - The two fisheries (one lake and one pond) are stocked with largemouth bass, blue gills, and channel catfish can provide great angling opportunities. Human-powered vessels (kayaks, canoes, and paddleboats) are permitted. No watercrafts with electric or gas powered engines are allowed. Iowa Dept. of Natural Resources fishing regulations and laws must be obeyed.
