Focus on the fun of the windy Spring season with a family friendly program hosted by the O'Brien County Conservation Board.

The young and young at heart will enjoy this afternoon event.  Learn a little more about wind and its effects on weather.  The program will also include making a kite... and flying it on the windy prairie slope at the center.
