Event Summary

This Camp is for youth out of 8th grade-12th.  You MUST PRE-REGISTER!!  Campers will not only get to paddle 40 miles on the western border of Iowa, but they will also play a huge role in cleaning up the Big Sioux River!  Project AWARE is spending it's 12th year on the Big Sioux with volunteers from across Iowa. While we will paddle the first two days of the trip in Lyon County, the last day and a half will be in Plymouth County!  This will be an experience you won't soon forget; one that will make you feel very proud of your accomplishments.
