Check-In / Out Availability Check-in is after 06:30 AM and check-out is before 10:00 PM.

Location Cooper's Cove is located 7 miles east of Palmer and 1/2 mile south on 330th Ave.

Hours of Operation & Seasons

The park is open from mid May to mid October (weather pending) - Please call ahead to check for open and closing dates. Parks close at 10:30 p.m. for non campers.

Pocahontas County

Pocahontas County Conservation Board, located in northwest Iowa, is home to many hidden and often forgotten natural treasures. Pocahontas CCB manages 38 parks, campgrounds, wildlife areas, historic sites, and trails encompassing 2,275 acres across the county. All of our campgrounds have upgraded sites and new shower houses. The price per night for camping is $20.00/night. We do not reserve campsites.
