Youth Waterfowl Hunt

Event Summary

Would your child like to experience the thrill of waterfowl hunting? This mentored hunt in the controlled waterfowl area can provide this opportunity. Each blind will have tow youth, a mentor and another adult. Youth will need to have their own gun and ammunition (steel shot). Mentors will assist youth with decoy setup, calling, dog handling, game cleaning, etc. Registration deadline is Oct. 2. Fee: $10. This hunt is for youth ages 12-15 only. Youth must have completed hunter education class and have attended a Youth Waterfowl Field Day.
