Pooches in the Park

Event Summary

Follow your dog’s lead as you experience the sights and sounds of Polk County Parks. Join us for a few hours of hiking and socializing with our canine companions. With a dog as your guide, the hike is sure to be an adventure. We will finish our hike with refreshments and treats for all. Pre-registration required; deadline is July 17. Participants must have proof of current rabies vaccination. All pooches must be on a 6-foot leash (maximum) - non-aggressive dogs only! Fee: $5.
