Event Summary
Enjoy a family walk through the park or extend your trip with a 10-kilometer Volksport walk. This annual fundraiser will help improve wildlife habitat in Polk County. Participants will receive a one-of-a-kind wildlife t-shirt for the $12 registration fee ($15 after April 17). Co-sponsored by the Greater Des Moines Volksport Association. Walkers can start anytime between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. All ages welcome.
