Nature Friends - Water Wonders

Event Summary

Join a naturalist in a nature adventure! We will explore a different nature topic each evening through stories, sharing time and exploration. Snacks are provided. This program is co-sponsored with West Des Moines Park and Recreation.

Participate in the Nature Friend’s Park Passport program. Attend five different programs and receive a Nature Friend Explorer’s pack. One pack per child.

• *July 6 – Friendly Fireflies @ FDM #3            
• July 19 – Let’s Go Camping – Southwoods Park, WDM
• *August 9 – Water Wonders @ EL #4               
• August 24 – Nature’s Symphony – Raccoon River Park, WDM
• *September 7 – Migration Sensation @ JPNC Plaza                
• September 20 – Tricky Tracks, Raccoon River Park, WDM
