Join us for a unique afternoon in nature learning the art and significance of drumming. Life in Balance Coach, Gail McCarthy, will share the historical significance of drumming.  She will lead the group in a drumming circle in a woodland setting. This is an introduction to drumming and geared toward teaching the basics. Preregistration required; deadline is October 31. Ages 18 and up. Fee: $15.
