Older Wiser Livelier Seniors – Looking for an excuse to get out of house, make some new friends, enjoy a good meal and learn about the exciting world of nature? Then join us! These programs are held the first Tuesday of each month. The program starts at 11 a.m. An optional luncheon follows the program. The cost of the catered lunch is $8. Registration deadline is April 1. Luncheon will include porkchops, sundried tomato pesto pasta, greenbeans, bread and chocolate mousse.

William F. Cody (1846-1917), better known as “Buffalo Bill,” was born near Le Claire, Iowa. By the end of his life, he had become what some have called “the most famous American in the world”. This talk is an overview of Cody’s life, both tragic and heroic. This program is sponsored by Humanities of Iowa.
