Event Summary

Many of our days are filled with work commitments, family obligations and running from place to place. Come spend a few hours making time for yourself in a beautiful natural setting. We will share tips and resources to help find balance and make room for self-care in your busy life. There will be time to reflect, explore and discover practical ways that can support your shift from crazy to calm. Co-sponsored with the Heartland Wellbeing Institute. Pre-registration required; registration deadline November 4. Minimum age is 16. Fee: $25.
